The Problem

Each person is part of a forward-thinking software solutions company that invests in upcoming revisions of our product while also continuing to generate outcomes for clients. The overall goal of each person is to gain traffic to the website & develop a credibility to earn trust from the people. The overall objective of each person is to gain traffic to the website and develop a reputation that will earn people’s trust. This website is entirely based in the UK & serves many people from the UK. On doing our initial assessment, we discovered this website is missing one or more opportunities related to SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Here are some of the things we noticed during our preliminary SEO assessment:

  • Missing robots.txt file
  • Error on sitemap

The Strategy

To counter these, we made a first 3 month plan

Month -1 : Domain Analysis & Foundational setup

  • Sort indexing issues on google & bing
  • SEO Stats Watch: Popular pages, keyword ranking, Social media Presence

Month 2: Technical SEO Audit & Fix

  • Local citations build up
  • Configure robots.txt file with sitemap
  • Proper HTTPS Setup
  • Index Optimization

Month – 3: Benchmarking with the competitors in the same niche

  • Establishing the competitors
  • Discover about customers and target demographic
  • Identify key metrics of success (traffic, conversions, etc.)
  • Set goals (traffic, primary conversions, secondary conversions)
  • Review Website Audit and create a  comprehensive on page strategy

The Solution

Based on the SEO strategy we created, we attempted to focus on the key areas to have the greatest impact in the shortest amount of time. For this, we continued to fix  on-page elements.

  • Title tags to 55 characters
  • Meta descriptions to 155 characters
  • We included the core keyword and related keyword on meta information
  • Wrote informative, easy-to-follow heading tag
  • Feature core or related keywords in heading tag
  • Fixed broken links
  • Fixed Duplicate content issues
  • Fixed enormous network payloads
  • Created custom 404 page
  • Removed mixed content
